Extreme Shiite leader to meet Turk officials
The head of a radical Iraqi Shiite movement, Moqtada Sadr, has left Iran for Ankara where he will hold talks Friday with Turkish officials.
This is the first time a head of this movement has confirmed that Muqtada Sadr is in Iran and the first time since mid-2007 when his location has been disclosed at all. (AFP)
