Baghdad zoo kills boars on swine flu worries

Iraqi authorities have killed three wild boars at Baghdad's zoo because of swine flu fears. Dr. Sabah Jassim Mozan, head of the Agriculture Ministry's veterinary unit, says the animals were killed Saturday as a precaution against the spread of swine flu.

But international health experts say the virus is not transmitted by pigs. Iraq has no documented cases of swine flu. (AP)
