Lieberman put in charge of strategic dialogue with US

The government approved the appointment of Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman as the minister in charge of the strategic dialogue with the United States. The foreign minister will be put in charge of the most sensitive issues between Israel and the US, including the Iranian issue and the security aid.
This sensitive role may be problematic due to the Lieberman's remarks on the validity of the Annapolis understandings and a two-state solution. (Roni Sofer)
