Israel: No decision on divided town until Lebanese election

An Israeli official says the government has suspended discussion of a possible withdrawal from the Lebanese side of a divided border town, fearing Hizbullah will control the territory.
The official says Israel will wait until after Lebanon's June 7 elections, and wants guarantees that the Lebanese government will control Ghajar's northern section if Israel withdraws. Israel is concerned Hizbullah could gain strength in the election. (AP)
