Report: Weapons cache bound for Gaza found in Egypt
An Egyptian security official said weapons and explosives buried in a concealed area were located near the border between Egypt and Israel. The source told al-Quds al-Arabi newspaper the weapons were likely meant to be smuggled to the Gaza Strip.
The cache, that was located in the southern Sinai, contained 266 rockets, 43 mines, 51 artillery shells, 21 grenades, 178 machinegun bullets and three antitank missiles. (Roee Nahmias)
