Border Guard officer lightly wounded in Na'alin riots
A Border Guard officer was lightly injured during a violent riot near Na'alin, west of Ramallah. Some 100 Palestinians, leftists and foreigners protested against the construction of the separation fence in the area and threw stones at security forces.
The forces responded with crowd control means. The officer received medical treatment on the spot and did not require evacuation to hospital. Meanwhile, another 150 Palestinians and leftists protested near the West Bank village of Bilin. (Efrat Weiss)
