Now it's official: British electronic dance duo the Pet Shop Boys is coming to Israel this summer for a single concert at the Israel Trade Fairs Center in Tel Aviv on July 21.

The show will be held as part of the "Pepsi Max Music Show" series with the first 1,000 tickets going for NIS 260. The price for the additional tickets will be higher. "Alive Productions" is bringing the popular duo to Israel.

Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe launched their recent tour several months ago, and are scheduled to begin concerts in Europe on June 10.

The tour, which includes the Boys' new light and multimedia spectacle, will span Britain, Sweden, Russia, Germany, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Spain, Ireland and Israel.

The duo's latest album, "Yes," was released in March 2009. Shortly before it came out, the Pet Shop Boys received an award for Outstanding Contribution to Music at the 2009 BRIT Awards.
