Torah, while abusing the pioneers who are laying their lives on the line," the rabbis said. "It's inconceivable that a soldier or police officer would take part in the immoral and impossible act of razing any of these communities.

The rabbis, who gathered at the Mitzpe Asaf outpost, added that outpost evacuation would deepen the national rift. Knesset Members Yaakov Katz and Uri Ariel also attended the gathering.

During the meeting, Rabbi Yisrael Ariel vowed not to give up "even one grain of the Land of Israel."

"For us the law is the Jewish Torah," he said. "The Jewish people is the eternal people while governments come and go. Each soldier should accept the words of God, rather than an anti-Semitic order to uproot
Jews from the Land of Israel."

"Should Bibi remove one mobile home, he will know that his rule will collapse,' the rabbis said. "There is only one law, and that is to settle the Land of Israel. Therefore, we shall refuse a blatantly illegal order."

Despite the harsh words, MK Ariel said "there is no war and we will not allow a war between Jews. We will attempt to engage in dialogue." However, the MK added that Defense Minister Ehud Barak "is not the main partner for dialogue."
