Seven additional cases of swine flu have been confirmed in Israel, raising the number of Israelis who have tested positive for the H1N1 virus to 48.
The Health Ministry is calling passengers of El Al flight 002 from New York that landed in Israel on Thursday at 1:00 pm and passengers of Lufthansa flight 690 from Frankfurt that landed in Israel on Friday at 3:20 am to seek medical attention if they begin to develop flu-like symptoms.
