Carter: Mideast peace not possible without Hamas

Former President Jimmy Carter says there can't be peace between Israel and the Palestinians unless the militant Hamas group is directly involved.

Carter also says Hamas and the more moderate Fatah must reconcile so they can negotiate effectively with Israel. (AP)
