High Court: Charges against soldiers who shot at Palestinian 'unreasonable'

The Supreme Court ruled that the prosecution of the IDF officer and soldier who were charged with disorderly conduct after shooting at a bound Palestinian in Na'alin is extremely unreasonable.
The judges accepted the petition by the Palestinian Ashraf Abu-Rahma, called of the trial and ordered the military prosecution to reexamine the charges to be brought against the two. (Aviad Glickman)
