Military Advocate: Ruling on bound Palestinian shooting 'tough blow'

The Military Advocate General responded to the High Court's decision to cancel the trial of two soldiers charged with disorderly conduct for their involvement in shooting at a bound Palestinian in Naalin under claims that the charge was insufficient.
"We did not expect such a decision. This is a touch blow to the Advocate General. There is no doubt that this compels all of us do to some serious thinking," a source said. (Hanan Greenberg)
