Hebron residents sue security forces over house demolition
Residents of the Jewish settlement in Hebron have filed a lawsuit against the Israel Defense Forces, the police and the civil administration, for damages caused to a building and equipment during an evacuation in the city's wholesale market about two weeks ago.
In the lawsuit, filed with the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court, the settlers demanded about NIS 250,000 (about $63,800) in compensation. (Efrat Weiss)
