Peres: Russia to consider missile sale to Iran

Israeli President Shimon Peres says that his Russian counterpart has promised to reconsider the planned delivery of top-range air defense missiles to Iran.
Peres said Wednesday that the sale of the S-300 missiles would tilt a delicate balance of forces in the Middle East. Peres spoke to reporters via a video link from the Russian Black Sea resort of Sochi where he met with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on Tuesday. (AP)
