The round of talks between rival Palestinian factions, which was scheduled to resume on August 25, has been postponed by one month in order to allow the mediators to solve the disputes between Hamas and Fatah, the Egyptian news agency reported.
The agency quoted a senior Egyptian source saying that his country's delegation "will continue to work to bridge the gaps between the factions." The 13 factions involved in the talks will return to Egypt at the end of the month of Ramadan. (AFP)
