Supreme Court rejects Katsav's appeal to receive investigation materials

The Supreme Court rejected former President Moshe Katsav's appeal requesting to receive various materials he claims are investigation materials, including a conversation held between the state prosecutor and complainant A. from the Tourism Ministry.
Justice Edna Arbel wrote in her decision, "The prosecution meticulously reviewed itself and handed over to the defense all the items and particulars likely to aid in Katsav's defense." (Aviad Glickman)
