Khamenei: US, Britain plotting against Iran

Iran's spiritual leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that the Iranians must be on guard against US and British plots against them, according to state television in Tehran.
"The British government, with a somber history of 200 years against Iran, the US, as well as other countries, continue to encourage opposition groups under the guise of supporting the Iranian people. We must not ignore the plots attempting to create division among us," said Khamenei in a meeting of the Iranian Assembly of Experts. (AFP)
