Senior legalists push for Goldstone Report examining committee
Senior legalists - including Professors Uriel Reichman, Amnon Rubinstein and Moshe Bar-Niv of the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya - have slammed the Goldstone Report and called for the creation of an independent investigative committee. "The committee's report is not a legal report but a biased, one-sided inciting document which supports the Jewish state's de-legitimization campaign," their statement read.
"We urge an immediate appointment of an independent committee headed by a Supreme Court justice to fully examine the accusations made in the Goldstone Report," they said. (Roni Sofer)
