The central witness in the rape trial against former President Moshe Katsav arrived at Tel Aviv District Court to testify as hearings reopen. Katsav also arrived at court.
A., who served as the former president's office manager during his term as tourism minister, said in her report to the police that Katsav started harassing her shortly after accepting her into the position and raped her for the first time in April 1998. (Vered Luvitch)
