AG, JAG to advise PM on ways to respond to Goldstone
The Prime Minister's Office has announced that the team which will advise Benjamin Netanyahu on the Israeli response to the Goldstone Report, which accused Israel of committing war crimes in Gaza, will be comprised of the attorney general, the judge advocate general, the Foreign Ministry's legal advisor and the cabinet secretary.
The team is required to submit its recommendations to the prime minister, defense minister, foreign minister and justice minister within a short period of time. If needed, the recommendations will be brought to the government's approval. (Roni Sofer)
