"Lebanon is responsible for everything that happens within its territory," said Opposition leader Tzipi Livni, who is visiting Moscow, in reference to Tuesday night's Katyusha rocket attack on the Galilee panhandle.
"We won't agree to Katyusha rocket fire emanating from Lebanon. International forces in the area must enforce UN Resolution 1701," she said. (Roni Sofer)
