Arab League: Peace talks won't resume before settlement freeze
Arab League Secretary-General Amr Moussa denied the option that the negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians would resume without a freeze in settlement construction during a press conference in Morocco on Sunday. He was referring to statements made by US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, according to which a freeze was not a pre-condition to negotiations. (AFP)
