President Shimon Peres said that he can imagine the State of Israel without some parts of the West Bank and Gaza, but "cannot imagine the country without composers."
"I can imagine Israel without Gaza, but I cannot imagine Israel without composers. I can also imagine Israel without some part of Judea and Samaria, but not without poets," said Peres at the Israel Composers and Authors Society's ceremony. (Attila Somfalvi)
