EU, Israel sign new trade agreement

sraeli Ambassador to the European Union, Ran Kuriel, signed an agricultural agreement with his Swedish counterpart and President of the Union, Christian Danielsson.
According to the new agreement, which was ratified in Brussels, 95% of exported products will be duty and tariff free. Yearly revenues from agricultural and processed food exports from Israel to the European Union are estimated at some $1 billion a year. (Roni Sofer)
