TA building for preservation sold for NIS 17.5M
Buyers group purchases building of 18 apartments constructed in 1925 on Tel Aviv's Kalisher Street
The Boulevard entrepreneurs' company has sold a building for preservation on Tel Aviv Kalisher Street. The building, which was constructed in 1925, measures 1,300 square meters (13,993 square feet) in size and includes 18 apartments.
The building was sold to a buyers group comprised of 18 members.
The Boulevard company saw the potential in the building and purchased it several years ago. It was sold for NIS 17.5 million (about $4.64 million) and was marketed by Lahav Levy, director-general of Shapira Real Estate and Investments.
Roy Mataraso, Shapira Real Estate and Investments' assistant director-general for marketing, said the company was delighted "to have completed the deal for the fertile cooperation with one of the companies which undoubtedly leads the real estate field in Israel.
The project was marketed professionally and quickly by the company's CEO. These days we have received an amazing project of 75 flats in the renewed Florentine neighborhood and we will soon begin advertising it."
