Border Guard officer suspected of sexually harassing 2 women

The Police Internal Affairs Bureau has filed sexual harassment charges against 21-year-old Rafael Itzer of Jerusalem, who is suspected of allegedly harassing two women while serving as a Border Guard officer in the capital.

The charges were filed with the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court. (Aviad Glickman)
