Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during a speech before the General Assembly of the Jewish Federations of North America that he did not mean to stall in negotiations with the Palestinians, but to achieve viable peace in the shortest time possible.
Netanyahu said it was time to stop debating whether to begin negotiations and to move forward quickly. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
