Clinton: Afghan election needs to yield 'results'

US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton says the international community is willing to support the embattled Afghan government, but expects it to build up the nation's security forces and provide "tangible benefits" to its impoverished people.
Clinton met Thursday morning at the US embassy with foreign ministers from about a dozen nations who are in the capital to attend the inauguration of Afghan President Hamid Karzai, who won a second term following a fraud-stained election. (AP)
