Palestinians report 5 PA intelligence officers arrested by Israel

The Palestinians reported Friday morning that Israel arrested five senior Palestinian General Intelligence Service officers near Salfit in the West Bank. According to their report, talks are being held between the PA and Israel in efforts to secure their release.
