The US State Department is offering a reward of up to $5 million for a Palestinian bomb maker suspected of targeting commercial airliners and aiding the Iraq insurgency.
Abu Ibrahim was indicted in the 1982 bombing of Pan Am Flight 830. It killed a 16-year-old boy and wounded more than a dozen other passengers as the plane headed to Honolulu from Tokyo.(AP)
