Court rejects damages claims against PA

The Nazareth District Court rejected a damages claim against the Palestinian Authority filed by a woman injured in a terror attack.
The woman, an Afula resident, was seriously wounded in a terror attack in November 2001. She sued the PA, which claimed it had nothing to do with the incident. Judge Avraham Avraham said that the plaintiff had failed to prove that the PA was responsible for the attack. (Sharon Roffe-Ofir)
