Avraham Koznitzky, chairman of the Minrav Holdings company and one of the contractors of a private prison in Israel, criticized the decision to freeze the construction of the prison.
"We should all be worried about the fact that a prisoner in Israel has no horizon. Most of them return to jail. We sought to change this situation," he said during a visit of the Knesset's Internal Affairs Committee at a Beersheba prison. (Ilana Curiel)
