Twenty-one migrants drowned trying to get to France's Indian Ocean island of Mayotte from Comoros, the French immigration ministry said on Thursday.
Eleven survivors were found clinging to the skiff's wreckage and were taken to hospital in Mayotte, about 40 miles from Comoros. (Reuters)
