Russian train derails, several people injured

Several people were injured on Friday when four cars of a train travelling from Moscow to Russia's second biggest city of St Petersburg derailed, RIA news agency reported.

It quoted Russian Railways as saying the accident happended at 9:30 pm. There were no immediate indications as to what had caused the derailment. (Reuters)
