Minister Erdan: Cancel freeze orders until they can be appealed

Minister Gilad Erdan called on Defense Minister Ehud Barak to cancel orders to freeze construction in settlements for 10 months until guidelines for their appeal are established.
Erdan says a clear rule must be established "to allow the head of the Civil Administration to deliberate the appeals of settlers who have built their homes legally, or received permits and want their rights honored". (Roni Sofer)
