Lieberman: Peace with Palestinians requires direct negotiations

Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman met in Athens with foreign ministers from throughout Europe and told them the Palestinians must realize that a permanent accord could only be reached through direct negotiations, unencumbered by one-sided decisions.
