Putin: Russia to take tough action against terror

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin vowed Thursday that the Russian government will step up the fight against terrorism following a deadly train bombing that killed 26 people last week.

Putin admitted that terrorism remains a top threat to the nation and promised that the authorities would act "very harshly" to uproot terrorists. (AP)
