Barak associates: He opposes referendum, but is committed to cabinet

Associates of Defense Minister Ehud Barak said that the minister is opposed to the referendum bill even though he voted for it.
According to him, "The defense minister voted in favor according to the position of the cabinet and the prime minister. Barak has responsibility as a member of the cabinet to vote in favor of cabinet positions. However, he is opposed to a referendum." (Amnon Meranda)
