Palestinian sources reported that the IDF arrests Arafat Cnana Amirah, the brother of Salam Amira who videoed a solider firing at a bound Palestinian detainee in the town of Naalin, near the West Bank city of Ramallah.
The family told Ynet that an IDF force raided their house overnight and served the girl's brother and father with subpoenas. (Ali Waked)
