None

Two Israeli cyclists who apparently lost their way crossed the southern border into Egypt Monday night, and startled the defense establishment. The Israelis were spotted by Egyptian soldiers and taken in for questioning. The two were later returned to Israel.

Around 9 pm the Ramat Negev Regional Council received a report from the IDF that two cyclists were feared kidnapped. The two had left from Nitzana Youth Village several hours earlier and traveled south. Shortly after the report it became apparent that the two were arrested by Egyptian security forces.
