Teens who crossed into Egypt sought to brave act before IDF service

The two teenagers who crossed into Egypt and were returned by the IDF were transferred to the Dimona Police for investigation. During questioning, the two said that they crossed the border on their own accord in order to perform an act of bravery before enlisting into the IDF.
The two, both aged 19, were released to their homes following the investigation. (Ilana Curiel)
