The Anti-terror Bureau has canceled travel warnings that had been in effect in October to Chabad houses and synagogues in India, and said the danger of terror attacks at these sites has diminished.
However the bureau recommends traveling to well-secured areas, and the warning regarding Cashmere in northern India. (Ynet)
