Court rejects claims of Palestinians who say daughter was killed by IDF

The Nazareth District Court rejected a claim filed by the family of a seven-year-old Palestinian girl who they said was shot dead by IDF fire.
The girl was killed in March 2006 in the West Bank village of Yamoun. Justice Yitzhak Cohen ruled that "this was a painful tragedy" but added that the prosecution was not successful in proving that the child's death was a result of IDF fire. (Sharon – Roffe Ofir)
