IDF: Faulty markings contributed to tragic death of Golani soldier

An IDF inquest into the death to Golani Corporal Mor Cohen determined the structure he was standing near when he was shot was marked as fire-safe by mistake.
Cohen was killed during a routine urban warfare drill, when a bullet pierced the structure wall and hit his head. The structure in question was meant to be used for dry-runes only, and was mistakenly labeled munitions-resistant. IDF stressed the inquest was ongoing. (Hanan Greenberg)
