US: Iran 'standing in its own way' with nuke plan

A US official says Iran "is standing in its own way" by issuing a one-month deadline for the West to accept Iran's response to a UN-drafted nuclear plan.

National Security Council spokesman Mike Hammer says Iran has no reason to reject the proposal to swap most of its enriched uranium for nuclear fuel. (AP)
