Deputy FM: Israel can improve int'l image by contributing to environment
Deputy Foreign Minister Daniel Ayalon said during a symposium on environmental conservation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that "one of Israel's tools against the de-legitimization proposed against it worldwide is turning it into a contributing country in the fields of environment and climate."
Ayalon further stated, "Israel is currently facing a problematic image attempted to be forced upon it. After failing to suppress us with terror and a financial boycott, there is an attempt to do it in this field." (Roni Sofer)
