Threat to defense minister: I'll kill you before you destroy settlements
A letter has been received by Defense Minister Ehud Barak's office, threatening his life and his family. The writer says he will kill Barak if he destroys settlements in the West Bank. The letter has been passed on to the Shin Bet for investigation.
The minister's office refused to address the issue of security, but security sources confirmed that several anonymous letters have been received recently, including some with threats, which have been taken for investigation. According to the report on Israel's Channel 10, the letter included the words, "Mr. Ehud Barak, if you think you're going to destroy the settlement of Judea and Samaria, you are mistaken.
