Israel, US to accelerate security memorandum on terror
Deputy Foreign Minister Daniel Ayalon has met with US Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Jane Holl Lute and agreed to accelerate the process of formulating a joint security memorandum between Israel and the US regarding the war on terror.
The two ministers also agreed to investigate increasing the research and development budget for the war on terror, and to accelerate the work being done in this field by allies. (Roni Sofer)
