International aid convoy enters Gaza Strip
The aid convoy sent by the organization Viva Palestina entered the Gaza Strip via the Rafah border crossing Wednesday. The convoy was accompanied by international activists who call for an end to the siege on Gaza, including British Member of Parliament George Galloway and 17 members of the Turkish parliament.
On Tuesday night the activists demonstrated near El-Arish port in the Sinai in protest at Egypt's refusal to allow them to enter the Strip. (Ali Waked)
