Ynet learns that at least 24 members of Knesset, at least a third of them from the Kadima faction, have joined Shas' initiative to amend the "hametz law" that will forbid showing leavened products throughout the duration of Passover.
Ynet recently revealed that the Shas faction decided to try to pass the law in an expedited process such that it will pass before the holiday with the support of members of other political factions as well. Among those supporting the move are nine Kadima MKs and five Likud MKs. (Amnon Meranda)
